Scott Smaller is Elexos' CFO. He is responsible for Elexos' financial matters as well as operating and infrastructural systems. He comes from a major Chicago-based technology services firm, Lante Corporation, where he was the Vice President of Finance and Treasurer. Scott has has extensive experience with technology professional services as well as helping small businesses grow.

Mark Tebbe is a director and founder of Elexos Corporation and a recognized technology entrepreneur and authority. In 1984, Mark founded Lante Corporation and under his leadership, Lante grew from a two-person operation into an 850-employee public company with offices throughout the United States and in Asia. Mr. Tebbe is also a founder and director of Answers Corporation (answers.com) and serves on several other technology, charity and software corporate boards. He is published in such national publications as Business Week, Fortune and The Wall Street Journal. He was named to Crain's Chicago Business's "40 under 40" list was inducted to the Chicago Area Entrepreneurial Hall of Fame.
