Interested in a particular new device but not sure of compatibility? We can help by tapping our own knowledgebase and/or working with the manufacturer's engineers to determine and test it's true capabilities and limitations.
Support
We do whatever's necessary to make and keep your customer happy. We provide post-project support such as firmware updates, adopting new or changed equipment, channel updates and graphic refinements, to name a few. We do user training too.
Showroom / Demonstration Systems
We'll help you design and create a demo environment to show-off Crestron's capabilities and sex-appeal. Along the way we're sure to raise the product knowledge and enthusiasm of your sales team.
